We hope you are well during this time. MJD Combustion Sales would like to assure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and continue to strive to meet the needs of our customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees. We continue to monitor the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for the latest developments and following the guidance of government and public officials. At the same time, we recognize that the COVID-19 Virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities.
Our team at MJD Combustion Sales are here to help with all essential needs and we are in close communication with our manufacturers to ensure we continue to serve our customers expeditiously.
At MJD Combustion Sales, we have implemented the following guidelines:
· Eliminated all non-essential visits to customers and vendors. Our sales team will be working remotely and be in touch via phone and email for the next few weeks.
· Suspended all non-essential outside visitors to our facilities.
· Have employees work remotely.
· Regularly scheduled cleaning and sanitation of our facilities as well as daily sanitizing/wiping down workstations and high touch areas.
Orders will be processed and shipped as usual. We currently do not anticipate shipping delays but will keep you posted as things progress. Our inventory of whole goods and parts includes all types of combustion equipment, pumping equipment, steam and condensate products as well as many other items that can be used to assist with critical services. We have begun to post inventory on our website to ease the concerns of our mutual clients.
Pick-Up Customers: Please call ahead with your order. When you arrive at our facilities, we will bring the order out to your vehicle.
We are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week by phone to assist with Technical Support.
