Unit is used for pumping water temperatures up to 200 degrees F (Model D pump) and up to 210 degrees F (Model P low NPSH pump) and is floor mounted for low piped gravity returns.  A 3/16th” thick black steel receiver is standard along with an option for heavier thickness.  For max. corrosion receivers can be 300 series stainless steel, and most receiver sizes can be epoxy or plasite-lined. Receiver sizes range from 70 gallons and up and custom receivers can be made for unique orders. Units have an electrical solenoid make-up water valve with float switch control and come up simplex or duplex design.  Triplex and quadraplex designs are also available if needed.  Motors are either 1750 RPM or 3500 RP< in single or three phase and are equipped with bronze-fitted Model D or Model P pumps with seals rated for temps up to 250 degrees F.  Special faces and higher temp seals available upon request.  Pumps are mounted either vertically or horizontally and are equipped with bronze-fitted, multi-stage pumps for high-pressure use; tungsten carbide mechanical seals on multi-stage pumps are rated up to 300 degrees F.
