CONDENSATE PUMPS
These pumps allow for the collection of condensed liquid within a steam system to be returned to the boiler room by either the use of electricity or steam. Motor driven pumps contain centrifugal designed pumps which include controls which can de-activate the pump upon low water levels in the receiver. Motor driven units contain 3/16th thick, welded steel or a cast iron receiver with an electric motor that is similar to a bronze fitted, centrifugal pump. Simplex and duplex designs are available which come with or without mounted, pre-wired control panels. Steam driven units are generally used in areas where electricity is non- existent or in hazardous type areas.

BOILER FEED UNITS
VACUUM PUMPS & PRODUCERS
These pumps are designed to eliminate air and lift condensate in the condensate recovery area of the steam heating unit. Receivers generally have a compartment to collect hot condensate and one to produce the vacuum, and tanks are made with close-grained iron or black steel. If increased corrosion resistance is required, black steel or 300 series stainless is an option on some models. Simplex and duplex design is available with/without mounted, pre-wired control panels.

The Shipco Logic Controller is an economical method of automating functions on a Shipco condensate, boiler feed, deaerator or vacuum unit. It is a programmable NEMA 4X controller featuring a full color touchscreen display. Support for building automation protocols Modbus and BACnet are available and an SLC is factory programmed for the operating conditions of each unit.
