TYPE SHVC - STEEL HORIZONTAL CONDENSATE
This unit offers independent air and water pumps with a multi jet configuration that removes air and lifts hot condensate in the return system. A two part heavy gauge black steel receiver (3/16” to 3/8”) has a compartment for collecting hot condensate and another compartment for the vacuum chamber. Standard design allows for system capacities of 1,000 sq. ft. EDR and air pumps ranging up from 6 cub ft. per minute (cfm) at 5-1/2” HG at 160 degrees F. and comes as a complete package along with electrical controls. Simplex and duplex designs are available with 1750 RPM or 3500 RPM motors in single or three phase.

Pumps come with industry standard motors, are flange mounted to the receiver, are bronze fitted with removable bronze wearing ring and mechanical seals rated to withstand temps up to 250 degrees F. Special faces and higher temperature seals are also available upon request, and air and water pumps can be sized separately for customized use.
