These controllers feature live graphical and numeric indicators for temperature and water levels, operate up to 3 pumps (alternating control, manual control, and test button bypass control), and come with colored graphics (displayed using green for on, red for default and grey for inactive), and have run cycle timers with manual reset.  For protection, a low water alarm indicates tank leakage, a high water alarm indicates overflow, and a high temp alarm indicates traps failed open.  There is a high temp shutoff to protect pumps from cavitation, and there is an option for automatically adding cooling water to maintain operating temperature. An alarm ledger denotes irregular operating conditions and there are also signal indicators for loss of sensor signal.

This touchscreen controller includes graphical and numeric indicators for temperatures and water levels along with protective indicator alarms for overflow, and makeup failure as well as temperature failures indicating trap or preheat failure and an optional high temp shutoff to protect pumps from cavitation. There is also an option to automatically add cooling water to maintain operating temperature.  There is a loss of sensor signal indicators, and an alarm ledger automatically logs any irregular operating conditions.

This touchscreen controller is used for vacuum condensate units, and contains graphic and numerical indicators for temperature, water level and vacuum pressure and can operate 1 to 2 vacuum pumps (these turn on at low vacuum and off at high vacuum) and 1 to 2 condensate pumps (these turn on at high level and off at low level). An alternating control automatically changes lead pump on each cycle and there is manual control for lead-off-lag selector switch. Color graphics indicate green for on, red for fault, and grey for inactive.  There are alarm indicators for overflow, tank leakage, and traps failed open.  A high temp shutoff protects pumps from cavitation and there is an option for automatically adding cooling water to maintain operating temperature.  A makeup switch adds water to the vacuum hurling chamber, an alarm ledger automatically logs irregular operating conditions, and signal indicators show loss of sensor signal.
