What You'll Do:
• Prepare and process quotations, submittals, and sales documents.
• Handle reception and general office duties.
• Receive structured training during the first 90 days to learn our systems and support structure.
• Assist sales associates directly, playing a key role in team success.
Who You Are:
• Well-organized, communicative, and eager to grow with a stable company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and PDF editing tools.
• Mechanically inclined or familiar with technical environments (trade school or college experience is a plus).

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team and develop into a high-earning, relationship-focused sales professional.
What You'll Do:
• Complete a 90-day in-office training period to learn our products, systems, and processes.
• After training, begin outside sales activities 2 days per week while continuing office-based development.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, plumbing & HVAC contractors, and supply houses.
• Support sales efforts with accurate quotes and submittals using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PDF tools.
Who You Are:
• Motivated, personable, and interested in a long-term career in sales.
• Mechanically inclined; trade school or college background is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and document preparation.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
